  • Consumer Agreement

  • All sales are final, and refunds will only be issued in special circumstances following dialog with customers if issues arise. Rings are governed by separate agreement in consideration of sizing issues. Please see our ring exchange policy on the checkout page of the shopping cart. 



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • As a family business with artisan crafted products on small scale, it is difficult to have a set timeframe for the shipping of orders once received. Generally, we should be able to get items shipped within a week of the order, plus USPS Priority shipping time of 3 to 5 business days. Orders may also ship within a day or 2 as well, depending on access to jewelry, travel schedule etc. If you have a specific date that you need to receive an item by, then please put that information in the notes section of the order. Order early if timeframes are critical to the order.

    This general timeframe would be received within 2 weeks of order date. There will be times when a 3 week timeframe will be required, and if there are production delays on out of stock items, email notifications and arrangements will be made on an individual basis in these circumstances.

     

    At this time, Sean's Celtic Creations ships merchandise to locations within the domestic United States including Alaska & Hawaii. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
